There is no option to unsubscribe and the subscription is getting debited monthly so pls help me to stop this

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community and thank you for the screenshot. I had to remove it since your company ID is visible in it.
For this scenario, you'll want to get in touch with our Email Support team since they have the tools to check your account details. They'll process the cancellation for you.
On the other hand, please know that the system will only keep your records for a year, so better save your forms and download your reports before cancelling your QBO. But, you can still access your company after cancellation. You just can't make any changes to it.
