Thanks for visiting is today, @Ncasadelterraplen,
Can you specify which country are you using QuickBooks for? The availability of the Accounting Firms tab where you can invite an accountant depends on the country you've signed up with us.
Supported versions are QuickBooks for United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, India, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa and etc. If you are using any of the mentioned products and can't find the Accounting Firm tab, try to access your account in private browsing.
Unexpected behaviors in QuickBooks Online can be brought about by problems in the web pages. A private window prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser problems. Use any of these keyboard shortcuts to launch an incognito browser:
Once done, go back to the Manage Users page and see if you see it there. If it works, clear the browser's cache. This removes the history or log files so you can start with a clean slate.
For accounts that doesn't have this option, you can follow the steps below to add your accountant:
Once the accountant is added, he will receive an email with a link to sign into your QBO company. Here is an article with the complete details about this process: Managing accountant users in QuickBooks Online

when i add accountant user with this method i cant undo bank reconciliation. please help
I appreciate you for joining the thread, @Ravindu2012. Let me give you insights about adding an accountant user and undoing bank reconciliation in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
At this time, only accountant users will have the option to undo an entire reconciliation. For QBO Global versions, you have two ways to add an accountant. You can either go to the Accounting firms section or the Company admin (select This user is my accountant) as suggested by Jen_D above for users that don't have the Accounting firms option.

Once you have an accountant, you can let them undo the reconciliation for you.
Some regions of QuickBooks won't have the option to invite an accountant firm. In this case, you'll need to edit an individual transaction from the completed reconciliation manually. I'm adding this article as your reference: Undo or remove transactions from reconciliations in QuickBooks Online.
