I could see only the resubscribe option and it mentioned that I am agree to deduct payment from my bank. Why should I pay again?

This needs to be changed! I should not be locked out of my account 3 months before my subscription ends. Now you want billing info on file to automatically resubscribe to the service. That's bull.

I am too! I am so aggravated. I have used Quickbooks before with another company but I have had nothing but problems this time around. I have probably waste 20 working hours on the phone with Quickbooks. My invoice shows it is paid through 8/11 and the money came out of my account and now all of the sudden my account was cancelled. It is Sunday so of course I can’t speak with anyone. This is so unacceptable!!!
