Reports are not loading. Have tried cleaning cache, use incognito page, changed to three different browser. Nothing works.

In chart of accounts all revenue and expense accounts are blank. When clicking on an account it gives me a blank page.

Over 20 days now that I am not able to run reports.  I tried 3 times to get help in the Chat their response is always the same as follows,

I see and understand. I just want to share to you that as of the moment, this issue has been raised to our backend team. Because many customers who are using QuickBooks Online ES version are experiencing this issue.
 
When I talked to a customer service in person they said everything is working.  Very Frustrated.  I need the data to complete my clients taxes.
 
I am in Spain but my client is in the US.  Can you tell me how to contact with a person in Spain_. I cannot call the 1'800 because it is very expensive for me, the last called took 65 minutes and it cost $70.

In the meantime, I'd suggest reaching out to our live support via chat and request for a transfer to talk with a Spanish representative to be added to the list of affected users. They can check and pull up your account in a secure environment to identify the root cause of the issue.

Good day, same issue that I have. 

Nothing works. I need the AR Summary report for our company's audit, and the deadline is soon!

Can you please set up something like what Paypal has, so that the report can be generated and downloaded without needed the data to be display out on screen.

Every year we waste so much time on generating reports!!

I know how this process takes time when you're unable to run reports into QuickBooks Online (QBO). We'd want to make sure that we get this sorted out, tlheah.

 

I've checked our records and there's no reported case about this one. To better isolate this issue, let's try some basic troubleshooting tests to figure this out. Open a private browser and try accessing the Account Receivable Summary report. The private mode prevents the cache from being retained while the website is operational, which may cause problems. Here is a list of shortcut keys you can use to access one:

 

  • Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome A63.PNG
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox A64.PNG and Microsoft Edge A65.PNG
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari A66.PNG

 

If this works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache to refresh the background process of your browser settings. But, if the same thing happens, use another supported browser.

This option, however, is not available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). We see consumer feedback as an opportunity to improve the numerous features of our products. I'd recommend giving our engineers direct feedback. They may look into this suggestion and incorporate it into future updates. Let me demonstrate:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Hit Feedback.
  3. Type in your recommendation in the Share your feedback field.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
