If you cancel your QBO USA version before, you have read-only access to your data for one year. Once you resubscribe, you should be able to access it. For more information, read through this article: What Happens to my QuickBooks Online Data After I Cancel?.
It could be the renewal payment via iTunes didn’t go through on our system. This might be the reason you can sign in to your account but still on a read-only access.
For now, the email address isn't an option in getting in touch with our support team. You can either contact them through chat or request for a callback. From there, they can double-check your account why you still have a read-only access after reactivation. They can also help renew your account. Here’s how:
Once reactivated, you can easily manage your payment and plan info in QuickBooks. This can be done by going to the Account and Settings menu and then choose the Billing & Subscription section. For more details about this, check out this article: Update Your Billing and Subscription Details.
