I'm also sharing the steps about requesting a callback and sending emails. That way, our Support team can reach out to you when you have questions about your account or anything that requires checking your account. 

  1. Click (?) Help in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Enter the topic you need help with in the search field. You can also enter questions.
  3. Didn’t find the right article? Scroll to the bottom of the (?) Help window, click Contact Support Teamand select Call us.
  • Ask the Community - available 24/7.
  • Call us - available from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (GMT +8).
  • Email us - available 24/7. We will reply in a day or less.

Lastly, you can check out the articles in the Community for your quick references in the future.

Thanks for posting your concern in this conversation, @Vakul. I know you want to renew your subscription, and I'm here to guide you on how to do it from your account. 

 

To access, click the Gear icon at the top-right of your screen, then select Your Account under Your Company. Then, follow these steps below:

 

  1. Click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
  2. The subscription renewal page will open in pop-up window. If you already have an activation code click on "Already have an activation code?" button (1) and follow the screen instructions.
  3. If you have a "Promotion Code" enter the promotion code in the text box and click Apply button (2)
  4. If you want to purchase multiple activation codes/subscriptions click on the "Need to buy multiple companies?" button (3). On the next page select the number of subscriptions you want to purchase from the drop-down and click on the "Subscribe Now" button.
  5. Enter the Billing Address details and check the Terms, Conditions checkbox and click Continue/Make Payment. Please note if you are purchasing multiple companies, the activation codes will be sent to the email ID that you enter here. Make sure that you enter correct email ID here.
  6. Select the payment option from Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash Card and follow the screen instructions to make the payment.
  7. Once payment is made, your company account will get renewed. 

 

For multiple companies, the company through which you have made payment will get activated and the rest of the activation codes will be sent to the email ID entered in step 5.
