This is my first time trying to link up my bank, we are new to quickbooks.

I see the options available for all other banks but for Maybank Business , theres a red icon that says unavailable.

You can use a converter tool (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) for the time being.

Currently, there's an ongoing investigation about connecting with Maybank Business, which is due to its new security requirement implementations. Rest assured that our Banking team is working actively with the bank to address this issue. With this, I recommend contacting our Support team to add you to the affected users. An email notification will be sent to you once a solution is available. Here are the steps to contact us:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click Help (?).
3. Select the Search tab, then click Contact Us.
4. Choose the topic or click Ask about something else.
5. Enter a brief description of your concern, then click Continue.
6. Select the Have us call you button. You can also set a Scheduled appointment that fits your schedule.

In the meantime, you can create or add an account in the Chart of Accounts for your transactions. You can follow the steps below for your reference:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Chart of Accounts.
2. Click the New button.
3. Fill in the required fields.
4. Select Save and Close.

Once done, you can manually upload your bank transactions in a CSV file.
