Hi - thanks for the reply, i think you misunderstood me.
This is my first time trying to link up my bank, we are new to quickbooks.
I see the options available for all other banks but for Maybank Business , theres a red icon that says unavailable.
You can use a converter tool (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) for the time being.
