Let me shed light on the information you get when making a renewal.
What you see is a bank mandate letting you know that you can pay for a span of 3 years. You may disregard that one since you're not obliged to pay for 3 years for your QBO subscription. For more details, please contact our Support team. They have the tools to access your billing information.

I checked with my banker, as I had to do it from my personal account.
no, they are not going to block 36K, it is the max limit, derived god know how...
When I try to do it from the Corporate Account, it does not allow...not sure why...
