This only returns the open items. I want a general ledger of all activity for a specific customer. Invoices, Payments, Credits, etc.

So important for auditing customer accounts and providing customers with statements on their accounts. How is it there's no ledger for individual customers? How can I show my customers a running balance of their account? Payments, credits, invoices, etc. Quickbooks Desktop had the best ledger for individual customers. It displayed a balance that showed invoice charges and payment credits in a simple format for the customers to understand. Also, it's extremely hard to audit transaction for a customer without a report. The work around doesn't help.
