Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community, Felix. I'm here to help you with getting a ledger report for an individual customer.
At this time, you can pull the Customer Balance Detail report to get the information you need. From there, filter the report's period and customer's name one at a time. I'll guide you on how.
After that, you can either print or export the report to Excel so you can send it to your customers. You can open this article as your guide: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
Aside from the individual ledger, you can also get more hints about handling your sales and other customer transactions through this link: Manage Customers and income for QBO-International.
If you have any other follow-up questions about the ledger report, please let me know by adding a comment below. I'm more than happy to help. Keep safe!

You'll want to run the Transaction List by Customer reports to access information from your customers' invoices, payments, credits, and other details. To do so, follow the steps provided below:
Furthermore, learn how to filter specific accounts or customers or any information that you want to include in the report. Go through this article for reference: Customise Reports in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have any other concerns about the customer's information. I'll always be right here if you need further assistance.
