Let me chime in and provide information about invoice templates. The content on your invoice template depends on the QuickBooks account region. Alternatively, program gives you tools to create attractive and professional-looking invoices. Here's how:
- Go to Settings ⚙ and choose Custom Form Styles.
- click New Style.
- Choose the type of form you’d like to create a template for.
Additionally, we also have the option to import your own invoice design. Follow the steps below:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
- At the top right, select the New style drop-down.
- Select Import style.
- Choose a form type.
- Hit Save and upload your file field, then locate your DOCX template.
- Select Next.
