While I appreciate your quick reply, I don't understand the need to go these extra steps when it worked perfectly in the past without them. Why do I now have to open an icognito browser, etc.? What happened that changed all this? Opening a new icognito browser, clearing the cache, etc., is no more user friendly that what I'm currently doing, which is saving the report as a PDF then printing from there. The error message clearly says it's a "site" error, meaning it's not on my end.
