Where do I find the list of journal entries

I've got two options to help you find the list of journal entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Victoria. This way, you can track and review past or recent entries accurately.

First, we can open a new journal entry form. Here's how:

  1. Click the +New button, then Journal entry.
  2. You'll see a Clock icon in the upper left corner of the form.
  3. Click on it to view the recent entries.

  4. You can View More to open the page and filter the dates.

Another way is to run a Journal report. Follow these steps on how to access it:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. In the search field, type a keyword (Journal, for example).
  3. Choose a Journal report.
  4. Set the date range to All dates.

You can customize your report to focus on the data you want. After that,  I suggest saving the current settings by clicking Save As or Save Customisation. That way, you won’t have to go through the customization process again if you need the same information in the future.

Please comment below if you have more questions about accessing your journal entries or any other QuickBooks-related concerns. I'm here to assist you in any way I can.
