Running VAT summary report does not work.

I've checked our records and haven't seen any open cases the same as yours, John Melody. Let me help you fix it.

You may be experiencing some browser hiccups. Once a website overloads, it can cause unexpected results. We'll perform the basic troubleshooting steps to resolve this. Let's start with logging into your account through a private browser. It's the best place to isolate web issues. These are the shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can pull up the VAT Summary report successfully using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. It's advisable to delete them to avoid and fix issues like this.

Also, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.

Feel free to get back to this thread if you need more help. We'll be right here to assist you. Take care!

I cleared the browser cache and I tried a different browser and it does not fix the problem.
