How to make quotation

Welcome and thanks for posting in the Community, @parthaimprint.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the option to make a quotation is currently unavailable. However, you can use and customise the Estimate template and change its name to Quotation.

Here's how:

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Custom Form Styles
  2. In the Estimate template, click the Edit option under the Action column.
  3. Proceed to the Content tab and select the header.
  4. In the Form section, change the Form name to Quotation.
  5. Hit Done

After that, you can now create or make a quotation. Refer to this article for more information: Set up and use estimates.

To learn more about customising estimates/quotes and other sales forms in QBO, I suggest checking out this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts.

I recommend visiting our Blog site. This is where we share recent happenings and future developments, such as updates to newly added features. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/blog/.
