I'd be happy to address your tax requirement concern, @SAMEH EWIS.
I can see the importance of using an invoice that meets the standard requirement of your tax agency. However, the structure of the invoice template for the new Electronic Billing Terms and Conditions isn't available in the system.
For now, I'd recommend checking for an add-on service that you can integrate with QuickBooks Online to comply with the new invoice regulation. Know that QuickBooks Online always aims to be compliant with the rules of the tax agencies, and we find ways to cope with your business's needs.
To add up, to give you insights on what the invoicing feature in QBO can do, feel free to check out this link: Learn how to create and send invoices in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if there's anything else that you need about this or with QuickBooks. I got your back. Have a great day!
Thanks for your reply
but i don't know any Add-on service to full fill this issue "KSA VAT Electronic billing"
If you please, check out the attached file and send your recommendation about which add-on service I can use to solve this problem
Hi SAMEH EWIS,
We're currently unable to provide an add-on service for invoicing in QBO for Saudi Arabia. We, the support team, are also waiting for some announcements about this scenario.
If you have other questions in mind, feel free to go back to this thread.
You should wait until Q3 2021 to see what Intuit or other 3rd party developers may help you and other QBO users in KSA. Afaik, further details from GAZT on the specifications of the system and details of e-invoice issuance will be published in by 2 June 2021
