There are a few possible reasons why your sales tax isn’t shown. To check if it’s a browser issue, we can start by using an incognito browser.

This will refresh the software, so I’ll suggest checking to see if the sales tax is visible. Then, you'll need to clear your cache in your regular browser. This will help improve its performance.
If private browsing doesn't work, try one of the other supported browsers to get the most out of QBO. This also contains the system requirements we need for the best experience with QuickBooks.
