Hi Phung,
Thanks for posting in the Community! There's no reported incident at the moment with missing transactions for direct bank feeds in QuickBooks Online. One of the possible reasons why transactions were not downloaded could be there's a delay or bank maintenance on that day. What we can do now instead is to manually import your missing bank transactions via CSV file.
If you have access to your online banking, here's how to get your bank transactions.
You can check this link to learn more about: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Hi team,
I'm changing my business bank account from NAB to Prospa but I've noticed it's not in the list of supported bank institutions.
Is there any way to integrate my QBOnline account for automatic feeds or is it not supported at all? Manual upload is not an option.
Cheers!
Hi HP-AUSTRALIA,
Thanks for posting in the Community! I understand that you would like to integrate Prospa bank for automatic feeds however this is not supported for bank feeds yet in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, download transactions from your bank and manually upload them via CSV file.
Here's how to request support for your bank:

Hi, transactions from 30/10/23 have not directly fed into my account, how do i include these so as i can reconcile the account
Let me share with you on how you can include these transactions and reconcile your account, treasurer.
QuickBooks relies on your bank on what transactions they'll download in your books. Can you confirm if you recently linked your bank account? In addition to this, I recommend signing in to your bank website and verifying if there were any issues with the integration between your bank and QBO. Sometimes, delays or errors can occur during the data transfer process.
We can manually update your bank account. This troubleshooting helps to refresh the connectivity between your bank and QuickBooks. Here's how:
If you encounter the same thing, please inform me of the name of your bank so that I can check additional resources here. In the meantime, you can manually import them into QBO. To do this, you'll need to download the transaction data from your bank in a CSV file format.
Once done, you're ready to reconcile your account. The articles below will serve as your guide in reviewing your transactions in QuickBooks.
If you have any further questions or need additional help handling bank transactions, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm here to help.
Absolutely. Once the bank has processed your Client Authority Forms (CAF), or your internet banking authorisation if you have ANZ or Westpac accounts, you'll be able to merge and sync your Standard feed together with your new Direct feed to become one account.
Just look out for the Get a better connection message under your bank account tile which looks like this:
However, It is not showing under my QBO. Please help.
Hi PatYip,
Thanks for joining the thread. Have you also tried to click on Link account and search for your bank account name and the Get direct bank feeds is not showing?
If none of the options are showing, you can also disconnect the current standard feeds connection and re-connect your bank account using Direct feeds connection. Prior to disconnecting the standard feeds connection, make sure to add and categorise all transactions in the For review tab.
To disconnect a bank account:
Then, reconnect the bank account using the steps below:
Once done, kindly wait for 24-48 business hours to activate your ANZ and Commonwealth bank account. For all other banks kindly send your CAF form to SISS email address. You can also check this link to learn more about: Direct bank connections with QuickBooks Online | FAQ.

I am interested to know 1) when the last time you updated the list of participating financial institutions was. (I don't see American Banks listed) and 2) why you are in New Zealand/Australia? Intuit is an American/California based company
Hello there,
I'm here to share some updates about the banking feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The update of the list of participating financial institutions that QBO supports depends on the request that we receive. Once a request is sent by other QuickBooks users, we negotiate with the bank right away for the connection.
To see the list of financial institutions that QBO support bank connections, I recommend checking this article: The QuickBooks Online bank connection status page. If you haven't seen your bank, I recommend requesting support from your bank. Here's how:
As for your other question, yes, you're correct that Intuit is an American/California-based company and it's in New Zealand/Australia since Intuit supports internationally.
For future reference, here's an article you can check for the best practices when reconciling your account: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks. It also provides information on what to do when encountering challenges during the reconciliation process.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or concerns about connecting your bank account. I am always here to assist you. Have a great day!
Hello,
I am connected to my bank however a new bank account I opened under the same connection is not syncing into QuickBooks.
How can I get a new account synced into the account?
I understand you're encountering syncing issues with your new bank account, dcooney. I'm here to share some troubleshooting steps to sync your bank account with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QuickBooks downloads and categorizes bank and credit card transactions for you when you link an account. It inputs the details for you so you don't have to manually enter transactions.
Let's do the manual update in QuickBooks. Doing so will update all of your connected bank and credit card accounts, and add your new transactions.
If you're seeing the new transactions, sign in to your bank's website to see whether the issue may be on their end. To do that, get the URL QBO uses to connect. Please refer to the steps below:
Also, may I know what's your financial institution's name? This way I can verify if there is an ongoing investigation specific to your bank.
I'm also sharing these resources below to give you more insights on what to do if transactions are not updating and fixing banking errors in QBO:

Hi there
I have a standard bank feed with Bendigo Bank and Quickbooks for several existing bank accounts. After trying to add a new bank account/feed I can no longer use my standard bank feeds for any of my existing accounts. Is there any reason for this? Thank you.
Hi BGEA,
Thanks for posting in the Community!
Let me provide some basic troubleshooting steps to see if this can fix the issue.
First, use a private window to access QuickBooks. This will prevent the use of cookies stored on the computer.
You can access this by pressing the following commands:
Then, log in to QBO file and let's do a banks sign in information using the steps below:
Note: If you are not using a bank token/OTP kindly do not enter Y/N and just click on Skip or Next.
Check if the bank account gets connected and new transactions have downloaded. Furthermore, kindly check if you can log in to your banks website successfully.
In the meantime you can consider importing the transactions via our CSV file upload process or enter them manually into QuickBooks.
Post again in the Community if you have further concerns. I am around to help you.
Thanks.
I don't think there is an issue with my bank, the other 3 accounts (Chequing, USD, and Mastercard) under my Bank of Montreal are syncing just fine.
It's just the new account I opened is not showing.
Do I need to completely unlink my bank and re-link?

You can disconnect the current standard feeds connection and re-connect your bank account using a Direct feeds connection. Please note that before disconnecting the standard feed, ensure all transactions are added and categorised in the For review tab.
To disconnect a bank account:
Then, reconnect the bank account using the steps below:

I'm trying to find a bank that provides enough bank text to automate transactions through rules. I operate 6 business locations and need to apply the deposits and charges to the correct location. Wells Fargo provided enough information (text characters) in the bank feed to provide me with the account and location information to automate those transactions. But since leaving Wells Fargo in 2020, the other 3 banks that I've tried are integrated but either truncate the bank text string or use a general feeds like "Bank-deposit". Because of this, I have to go to the bank website and get the info I need to then manually apply the transaction to the correct location. Does Quickbooks have a list of banks that shows how much data (bank text) that they supply to in the bank feed? I'd prefer not to go back to Wells Fargo, but running out of options. Thanks!
Thanks for joining the thread, Bondo707!
At the moment we don't have a specific list of banks that shows how much data is supplied when downloading your bank feeds in QuickBooks Online. You can check this link: List of financial institutions that support bank connections.
Usually bank details/text downloaded in QBO is based on the information sent from your bank, this should flow the same information on the banking section.
Let's make sure the columns are added on your banking screen to show all the bank details. Let's see if you added it by ticking the box from the Gear icon under the Banking section.
Here's how:
If the banking details still aren't showing, I recommend uploading the transactions manually through a CSV file. Then update the banking descriptions or memo before uploading the file in QuickBooks Online.

I used to be able to pay my vendors through online payments using QB and 'Direct Connect" with Citizens Bank in Massachusetts. Citizens bank ceased supporting Direct Connect. I had been told that TD Bank in Massachusetts continues to support Direct Connect with QB desktop. My questions:
1. Does QB Desktop Pro Plus 2023 still support Direct Connect with banks that provide it?
2. Has QB implemented its own change such that onlne bill pay can now only be done in QB using Melio and Direct Connect is no longer supported by QB?
3. Does TD Bank in Boston still support the old Direct Connect method that I have used a few years ago?
Thank you.
Welcome to the Community, KSanMac!
Let's get your bank connection sorted out to help you get back on track.

Hi
I am unable to download via standard feed since Bendigo Bank updated my login yesterday. How do I reconnect the accounts? I don't want to change to Direct Feeds either.
Thank you.
