Hi Heidi,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Banking error 102 occurs when there's a problem from your bank's end. Either their website may be undergoing maintenance or have server issues causing interruption between online bank connection to QuickBooks. Here's what to do if you see error 102 or 105.

  1. Click on the Transactions tab and choose Bank transactions.
  2. Select the Bank account affected.
  3. Click on the pencil icon, and click on Edit sign in info.
  4. Manually enter your bank's log in details.
  5. Click on Save and connect.

Check if new transactions has downloaded. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can escalate the connection to our banking engineers.

In the meantime, you can manually upload CSV files to add your bank transactions in QBO.

Feel free to comment bloe if you need more help with QuickBooks Online.

Have any questions for our team about Bank Connections?

In 'Your linked accounts' My CBA Netbank has 'Added on 8/5/24' after I applied to CBA thru you for a direct connection but in my 'bank transactions' there are zero transactions to review and in the highlighted account for the CBA account it says 'Direct Feed: Rejected'

What do I need to do to get my bank transactions imported into QB so I can review them please?

Let's ensure you can utilize your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and show its bank transactions.

Please know that only Business and Personal bank accounts are supported by CBA Direct Feeds. If it's not one of these, then that is the reason why it shows rejected.

On the contrary, if you use one of the mentioned accounts in CBA, let's perform some banking troubleshooting steps. Here's how:

  1. Ensure that your bank's connection status is green.
  2. Check if your bank still supports the connection. You can find an up-to-date list of those institutions as well as steps on moving forward here.
  3. Once done, refresh your feed by clicking the Refresh icon in the Bank transactions section. Take note of the QuickBooks downloads around 10 PM.
  4. Review the CBA websites if there are issues on their end.
  5. Once done, update your bank info in QBO.
