The option for a Direct Bank Feed relates to a superior option where you do not need to select the Update option each time you sign in to get new transactions, instead it will be updated automatically. With a Standard Feed, this will require a manual update from yourself when you sign in to get new transactions to be available for categorisation.
If you have set up a Direct Feed for your respective bank, but have not gotten any new transactions it would be best to reach out our friendly support team by clicking here.
Thanks for your reply - but my current problem is that setting up a direct bank feed takes a couple of days - I need to send statements to my clients and pay my suppliers but my bank accounts are not updating at all! They are just continuously displaying the update symbol and doing nothing, until every now and then i get the notice found in my uploaded screenshot.
Is this fixable?
