'Connect to the ATO' button does not show
Welcome aboard to the Community forum, @Robert Perkins.
There can be a possible webpage issue when signing up on your account. To check if this is the case, you can sign in again using a private browser.
Here's how to open a private browser depending on your browser:
If you're able to see the Connect to the ATO button on the GST page, I'd suggest you go back to your regular browser and clear your cache. You can refer to this article that will walk you through the steps depending on which one you're using: Clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files.
However, if you still can't see the connect button, it'd be best to reach out to our Online Support for assistance. This way, they can access your account in a secure environment and isolate the issue further.
Please let me know how this goes and if you need further assistance by leaving a comment. I'm here to keep helping. Have a good one!
I am trying to connect also, I have completed the 7 steps provided on quickbooks, the ATO side says I have successfully connected them. But when I select "I have setup the ATO connection" and then press next I get an error come back "an application error has occurred while processing your request" what am I doing wrong please?
