How do I cancel the account if I can not even find the gear icon

Thanks for joining the thread. Apologies to hear the trouble encountered when trying to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
To be able to cancel your subscription, please make sure to log in using a web browser like Google Chrome or Safari. If you're log in using the QuickBooks Online mobile app, the Gear or Settings icon is not visible since the mobile app is a simplified version of the software.
Once log in using a web browser, you can use the steps attached to this link on how to cancel your subscription: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.
