Are you only experiencing this behaviour when entering the address details, or is this happening when entering other information for the supplier as well?
Also, does pressing the 'Tab' key on your keyboard allow you to enter the address without the need for the cursor?

Only happens when I add the address details, can put the suburb and postcode in without any problem. pressing the tab also moves to the right of the screen. doesn't seem to help.
Every other information I have no problem with??

I have more steps we can try. We can access your account via a private browser. This way, we can check if it's browser-related or not. Let me guide you through how.
Once done, go to your supplier's address details again.
If it works, please go back to your default browser and clear its cache. The cache usually holds old data which can cause QuickBooks Online performance issues.
Accessing a different browser can be an option, too.
