Just want to cancel my subscription why is it so hard . I keep being led on a frustrating and difficult path.

Did you receive an error when trying to cancel the account? In the meantime, let's log into your account in an incognito window. This helps us isolate any browser-related issues. You may use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. You may also use a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
Before canceling the account, you can run and print some reports as your reference in the coming tax filing season. You can check this article as your guide: Financial statements give a snapshot of your business.
