You can still edit a finalised pay run as long as you have not made automated super payments. All you need to do is unlock it.
If you need to delete a pay run, you can do so. However, once deleted, any related data can't be recovered or restored.

Depending on your payroll provider, deleting automated super payments is currently not available. However, you can make amendments on the next pay run and add notes on it.
I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. From here, an agent will be able to check in your account securely and further assist you.

If there are no super payments made from the pay run, you can unlock and refinalise the pay run to make changes. And then, submit an updated pay event to update the YTD to the ATO.

Once done, make the changes on the pay run and finalise it once again. Then, you need to create and lodge an updated pay event.
