We have the same issue here. Nominated employees tiers but on ATO portal it says missing tiers. Please let us know what to do next? we are counting on the JK payments.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you so much for your patience. The ATO have identified the issue preventing users from being able to complete JobKeeper reporting with the applicable Tier 1 and Tier 2 codes, and will be applying the suitable fix over the coming days.
This issue has impacted users across various software providers. If you have lodged with codes "JOBKEEPER-TIER1" or "JOBKEEPER-TIER2" to fulfill your JobKeeper 2.0 reporting obligations (as per the steps outlined here) and successfully submitted the pay event from that pay run, you have followed the correct process.
The applicable data has been received by the ATO but has not been recognised within its system. This has resulted in the information not being displayed on the relevant Monthly Business Declaration with the ATO.
The applicable JobKeeper Tier data will be available for you to use in your Monthly Business Declaration with the ATO by Wednesday 11 November.
To support the employer, the ATO have advised that they will be accepting Monthly Business Declarations until the end of November.
Have a great day!
Rebecca
Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for your information. I was just notified by our accountant that we are also experiencing the same issues.
In our case the Tiers were added as per the instructions and lodged on the 30/09/2020. To double check that it went through, I exported the STP Lodged file and it does not even show the Tiers as being reported to the ATO. I also checked the YTD report and it only shows START & TOP-UP notification, no TIER notification.
Can you please advise why it does not show and if I need to re-submit the tiers again in a separate payrun?
Kind regards,
Hannah
Hi Hannah - GWGS,
We heard from the ATO just now that they managed to bring forward the weekend change and implemented it over night and all JobKeeper Tier reporting should now be available for the processing of the declaration. Could you try with your existing pay run, if it includes the JK Tier's to run an Update Event.
If unsure how, please click here on how to submit a Update Event. Let me know if that works, hope to hear it does.
Thanks,
-Steven
Mine is all good now, the Tiers are showing correctly in the ATO portal. Thanks to the team for getting it sorted. I'm so glad it's sorted by the weekend.
Cheers
Scott
Did you have to create an update event?
Hello Scott,
Thank you for letting us know, it is great to here you were able to finish up your Monthly Business Declaration with the ATO.
What we have been advised is that the ATO should have the data reported already. If you have reported your Tiers in the software, no further action should be necessary.
However, if you still have issues, please contact our support team:
-Ken
We have exactly the same problem and the ATO told the Client that they have a lot of Businesses trying to upload and cannot. The ATO have a dedicated Team to process manually. Apparently it is not working through QuickBooks Intuit, so this is a fault in Quickbooks, apparently!
Hi DeBooks,
We've been advised that an update has been rolled out and all of the JobKeeper details should reflect correctly by COB Wednesday 11th November.
If they do not, can you please contact the Support Team so we can investigate further?
Thanks,
Rebecca
