None of this works unfortunately. The connection had been working perfectly well until 3 days ago.
When I try to update my bank account transactions, I go through the multiple steps as usual with OTPs etc (this has always worked), but then I get asked to re-enter my login details. I have also done this multiple times, but I just get stuck in a loop of the system asking me to re-enter my login details again and again.
I have double and triple checked that I have entered the correct login details, and also that my online banking is working properly.
I had a conversation with the help desk yesterday and they told me that there was maintenance going on at OCBC, but I am not convinced that this is the case as the issue has been persisting for over 3 days now.

This has been useless. The issue has now persisted for 4 days (I tried again this morning). I have looked over every single article related to this issue in 'Help', the generic information provided to me in this "community" hasn't helped at all, and I haven't been able to get hold of anyone at Customer Support because they aren't open over the weekend. I need this issue resolved urgently - please escalate.

Let me share some information about what I know about OCBC connection. By the time you posted to the Community, there are no tickets created in relevant to your concern. Until such time, number of users reported the issue a few days ago and made an investigation case.
In regards to your OCBC and QuickBooks Online connection concern, the higher team reviewed the details. They've seen your account is already attached to the investigation (INV-75552) after you contact our support. With this, you'll receive updates through your email as our Development team is diligently working to resolve the banking connectivity issue.

What is going on with this? No updates, and still not working. Who is taking responsibility and when will the issue be resolved? The customer service here has been an absolute joke.

Right now, I'm unable to supply the exact date on when our engineers can resolve the issue since they are still at the pace of working to identify the cause. I appreciate your patience as I'm sure they can prematurely resolve it promptly. Our team will also share an update once our engineers resolved the OCBC and QuickBooks Online connection.

same i made a complain 1 week ago but today is 17th aug still no progress, ocbc business bank still can't link up to quickbook.
