Hi, first time using Quick book.. i m trying to issue an invoice but the invoice does not show the company logo. Kindly assist.

Glad to have you here in the Community. I'm here to guide you in having the company logo to show up on your invoices.

 

I suggest uploading your company logo first from Account and Settings. This way, the logo will appear when you send or create invoices.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and Settings.
  3. On the left panel, click Company and then select the Company name to expand more options.
  4. Click the logo box to upload your logo.
  5. Select Save and then Done.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend adding your company logo in your sales forms by going to the Custom Form Style page. Follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles under Your Company.
  3. Click the New style drop-down button. Then, select Invoice.
  4. Go to the Design tab, then choose Add your unique logo.
  5. Click the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.
  6. Find and select the image you want to use.
  7. Choose Open.
  8. Hit Save, then Done.

If the company logo still does not show in your invoices, I suggest logging in your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This way, you'll see if you get the same result. And, to verify if the issue is caused by a full cache.

 

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

 

  • For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

 

If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.

 

If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as alternatives.
