Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, Cheryl!
I tried to send an invoice to my email, but I can't find "name of no". Can you give us a screenshot of it?
If you are referring to "INVOICE [invoice_#]", that texts are not removable. It tells the customer which invoice they are receiving. The only thing you can change is the content of the email.
You can also check about customising invoice forms for your additional reference.
Let me know if you have other questions in mind. Take care and have a good one!

Hi, the 'name of no' words that I was referring to were in the EMAIL sent out to clients, and not the invoice. Even after I unselected the Form number tick box, the words "Name of No' continues to exist in the emails above my logo.
Hello there, @therapy-cheryl.
I want to ensure this is taken care of. First, have you tried reviewing your logo outside QuickBooks? Based on the screenshot you've provided, it seems like the Name of No is included in the logo. Make sure to remove it and reimport the logo.
Also, feel free to check our Help articles page to learn some "How do I" steps in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have any other concerns with QuickBooks. I'll be right here to help you out.
Hi, it’s not part of the logo because on the actual invoice, there isn’t ‘name of no’ on top. Those words only appear on the emails I sent out to clients when I want them to see the invoice.
in any case I have tried removing and adding the logo again. The same problem persists. I am also very puzzled why.
