Hi There,
My Nedbank bank feed in QB is showing some transactions already matched as paid and received. What do I do?
I cannot add them as that would distort my clients AR accounts?
How do I rid of them off my bank feed?
Solved! Go to Solution.
You can exclude the duplicate transactions, Jualande.
Let me provide you with the steps:
These transactions will go to the Excluded tab. From there, you can delete them permanently. Just check the transactions and select Delete.
You can also check this article for more information: Exclude a bank transaction from your expenses in QuickBooks Online.
If there's anything else that we can do for you, please feel free to leave a comment below. Take care!

Hello
I experience the same problem with matched transactions being imported again from the bank feed.
I followed the instructions as mentioned in your post, and deleted these duplicate transactions, but once I update my bank account transactions, the same transactions is downloaded again.
How do I rectify this?
Thank you
Charlene

Hi CharleneGSC!
It's great that you know how to exclude duplicate transactions. QuickBooks Online is dependent on what the bank provided to us. I suggest reaching out to your bank to see if they have an issue regarding this and how to stop it.
Also, I noticed that you posted this concern twice. One of my colleagues shared additional info to fix this. Please check this link and perform the troubleshooting steps: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/banking/how-do-i-delete-bank-transactions-that-wer....
I've added some links you can browse. These will show you how to handle bank transactions and balance your accounts:
