Connecting your bank account is way to download your transactions on a nightly basis. Let’s check to see why you’re getting a message saying it’s already connected.
If you’re still on the process of connecting your account, you can do the browser troubleshooting steps to find out if the error is caused by random browser issues. However, if your account is already connected, you’ll want to contact Chat support to check this further instead.
To start with the browser steps, you’ll want to sign in to QBO using a private browser. In this method, the browser will not reuse the stored data in your cache.
If you’re able to connect your account while browsing privately, you’ll to go back to your regular browser and clear your cache. If not, please try a different one to isolate the cache.
