Just to clarify, are you referring to the profile/customer name in your list of customers or your customer's QBO subscription?
To activate a customer profile:
- Go to Sales on the left navigation bar and choose Customer.
- Click the small Gear icon above the list.
- Put a checkmark in the Include inactive checkbox and click outside the drop list.
- Hit the Make active option on the deleted profile.
To reactivate a QBO subscription, you can follow the steps in this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online. Please note that a deactivated subscription can no longer be reactivated after a year.
