I'm being charged twice on my account going on 3 months now and no resolve.

My accounts department is getting the run around with regards to this and as the owner of the business my patients is wearing thin.

Let me route you to the best support who can help check your billing details and account charges with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account, I encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team. They have the tools to investigate your billing and account charges and can process a refund if necessary. Before doing so, check out our support hours to ensure you'll get assistance on time.

 

Whenever you're ready, follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Click the Chat with us button to start s conversation with one of our experts.
