To ensure that I can provide the best solution, I need to learn more about the problem. May I ask if you encountered any error messages or codes? Did you check with the Financial Institution (FI) to see if they changed the link or the website? Or, they're going through any maintenance updates?
Meanwhile, let us perform a manual update to refresh the online banking connection. I'm here to help you through the procedure.
Here's how:
- In your company, head to Bookkeeping or the Banking menu on the left panel and choose Transactions or Banking.
- Tap the Update button in the upper right.
- If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen instructions to continue the update.
These actions will update all of your linked bank and credit card accounts. If QuickBooks downloads new transactions, the number of transactions in each account tile will increase.
