Hello
I would like more stability with regards to the connection to the bank (Standard Bank) for downloading the latest current account transactions. I have not been able to download the current account transactions for 36 days!
I also can't see how to import the CSV file prepared for reconciliation.
Regards
Ingrid Portmann
Hello @Davenport1,
In QuickBooks Online, you can use your bank name or website to connect your account for online banking. Let me show you how.
Additionally, here's an article you can read to learn more about how you connect an account to online banking: Connect Bank and Credit Card Accounts to QuickBooks Online.
Meanwhile, the steps below will let you import or upload the list of your transaction prepared in a CSV file format:
In the same manner, I've also included this article to learn more about how you can upload transactions: Manually Upload Transactions into QuickBooks Online.
On top of that, I've also included this reference helpful for the steps in reviewing your online transactions: Categorise and Match Online Bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.
You can always leave a comment below if you have follow-up questions with this or start a new thread if you have any other concerns. I'll be here to lend a hand. Stay safe!
