Importing Budgets is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online Plus. You might want to look for a third-party application that offers this kind of functionality.

I'll take care of your concern about importing budgets in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus.
At this time, there isn't an option to upload a budget into QBO. Once you get to the Budgeting page, you'll have to enter your data by hand.
I can see how this feature you mentioned can be helpful not just for you, but for all other users using budgets. With that said, we've taken note of this.
In the topic of budgets, take a look at this article: Set budget targets for each class. It's a step by step guide on how to set a target budget for your classes.

In QuickBooks Online, you can only import:
We're unable to import the budget data. You'll want to do it manually. You can always refer to this article about creating budgets for more information.

Since it has been established that importing a budget into QB online isn't possible (yet), Could someone please delete the original post? It is extremely misleading and quite honestly smells of false advertising.
I very much look forward to the day when this overlooked function is available. But until then, all Quickbooks admin and support should say is: Sorry not available!
