I've replicated your concern and tried linking Nedbank to QuickBooks Online, Craigleech. The financial institution is one of the supported banks.
I'll show you how to connect the bank:
- Click Banking, then go to the Banking tab.
- Select either Connect account or Add account.
- Search for the bank.
- Enter the credentials, then click Continue.
- Select the account type, then select the date range for the download.
- Click Connect.
Here's how it's going to look like:
Although, you can still import transactions even the bank is not connected to QuickBooks Online. You can either add them through WebConnect or Excel CSV file.
Once the transactions are already imported, you can add, match, and categorise them.
