Everything we load our stock

Then a day or 2 later it throws the numbers out and becomes inconsistent.

Never the same as we load which is a huge problem

At a point of looking at other software because we can't work like this

 Hello, tyranl-hotmail-c.

Thank you for the additional details you've provided with us. Let me continue to help you out.

Sometimes you might discover that you have either more or fewer of an item than QuickBooks shows. Let's manually edit your inventory quantity adjustment so you'd be able to correct the numbers in your inventory.

  1. Click the Search icon.
  2. Press Advanced Search.
  3. From the All Transactions drop-down, choose Inventory Quantity Adjustment.
  4. Select Search.
  5. From the search results, select the adjustment you need to edit.
  6. Change the Adjustment date and the Stock adjustment account if necessary.
    • To add stock items, enter the details in the New adjustments section.
    • To make changes to the previous adjustment, edit the details in the Previous adjustments section.
  7. (Optional) Enter a note why you edited the adjustment in the Memo field.
  8. Press Save and close.
