I can help you on how to adjust your company logo in Quickbooks Online, Trevor.

The logo showing up on the invoice's "print preview" will base on the file size that we uploaded on the system. We can choose the size of the logo through the Custom Form Style and make an adjustment.

Here's how:

  1. Click Gear.
  2. Click Custom Form Styles.
  3. In the Custom form styles window, choose the Standard form and then Edit.
  4. Click the Design tab, and then click Make logo edits.
  5. Click Show logo if you have an existing company logo. Click the large (L) option.
  6. Click Done.

Then let's open one of your invoice transaction by clicking on the Sales tab. Choose an invoice transaction, click on "Print or Preview" let's check on its changes.

You can also check on this article for more details: Upload, Customize, and Troubleshoot Logo on Sales Forms.

If you have any other concerns, feel free to leave your comment below. I'd be here to help!

I have the same issue. Even when you choose Large then save the template, the Logo continues to appear as Small on printed invoice.

Is anything being done to fix this?  This is still an issue and it is making our invoices look quite ridiculous, to the point where I am having to create invoices in a different program to be mailed to our customers and then enter the information from that invoice into Quickbooks to be tracked.

Updates: In the end, I have to create my own template and upload that into Quickbook. It's a workaround which works so far. It's definitely better than creating invoices in different programs. But, I would be happier if QB resolve this to make it easier to use.

Finance - What are you using to create a template and import into Quickbooks?  This sounds like an excellent workaround for now and much better than creating invoices in different programs and then entering the information AGAIN in Quickbooks!!

Our Logo on the Sales Invoice is the correct size on the Template but a lot smaller on the actual invoice. Logo on invoice needs to be as on Template?

Figured out why, but not a solution. I found an article that talks about the requirements of the logo and the last one is that it must be square. My logo like probably all of y'alls is rectangle (because who really has a square logo?). So while in the template it looks good; however, when it moves to the pdf it moves your rectangle logo into the square format which is why it shrinks. I just tested this by changing the image size of my logo to a square and sure enough it came out looking the same as QBO adjusts it....Quickbooks please fix this! Clients don't see many things from us, but the do look at invoices and if they look like junk, what does that say about our product?

You are correct bchampcpa, the logo is scaled to a ratio of the square, so if you have a very tall or wide logo that is not close to the area of a square, it will shrink your logo really small to fit that square space.  They could easily fix this by adjusting the CSS that controls the size of the logo in their template for the large size, but either the customer service reps do not truly understand the issue or they choose not to.  My gut feeling is that they do not understand that everyone knows about the 3 logo size options, but they are still inadequate.

[mention://15952146 [mention://15952146 @molly]] Click on Setting - Custom Form Style - Import Style. You can then upload your template. [mention://16322082 [mention://16322082 @james]] yes, it should be a quick fix for them. I also don't understand why they are unable to.

I think they just don't understand, as I'm using the "Large" logo size and because of the width of my horizontal logo once it resizes it, the logo is smaller than the area where my business name and address so it looks very odd on the final copy of the invoice.

So I am a graphic designer and did some testing on this.  I was able to have a much larger logo display by cropping the logo graphic so there was little to no whitespace around it.  I was originally under the impression that the logo block resized as a square, but I believe I was mistaken.  Though it is larger, it would be great to be able to make it larger still.  There is lot's of space on the page, so really this should be kind of an easy fix for Quickbooks.
