Hello, YYC.

I'd be happy share some information regarding allocating price category in QuickBooks Online. Right now, allocating price categories for different customer is currently unavailable.

As a workaround, you can manually enter the prices or add a discount to your items when you process a transaction. You can get more information about adding a discount as well as managing your products and services in QuickBooks:

Add a discount to an invoice or sales receipt in QuickBooks Online

Add product and service items to QuickBooks Online

In the meantime, I recommend visiting the QuickBooks Blog website to stay up to date on any updates or improvements on the online version. You can bookmark this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/blog/.

Keep me posted if you still need help concerning products and services in QuickBooks.I'd love to help. Have a great rest of your day.

If you are a wholesaler trading goods, consider having an inventory maangement app with B2B portal feature to manage multi list price with the same product for your customers.
