In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can only wipe all the information if your account is still within 90 days after signing up. The steps to do this are pretty quick and easy.
Here's how:
When the deletion is complete, you will be rerouted to your homepage.
On the other hand, if your account is already beyond 90 days, this option isn't available. Instead, you have to cancel your account, then start a new subscription. For the complete guide on how to do it, please check out this article: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online.
