In the meantime, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to clear the corrupted browser cache that causes the issue. First, log in to your account using an incognito window. Here are the shortcuts for different browsers:

- For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N
Then, create an invoice or a statement. Once resolved, please return to your original browser to clear its cache or utilize another compatible one.
