Can you share with us the error message when canceling your account? In the meantime, I'll share some steps with you to check if the error is caused by a possible browser issue.
You can switch to an incognito browsing session or use a different one. Here's how to open an incognito session:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
- Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge
You can also reach out to our Chat Support Team just in case the error persists. They can pull up your account and help with the cancellation. Here's how:
- Go to the Help menu and click Contact us.
- Type in "Chat to a human" and press Enter.
- Select Contact Support Team.
- Type in "cancel account" and press Enter.
- Click Contact Support Team.
- Select the Chat option.
