Let me help you figure out why it's not showing the income, @ashley-mandukasf.
These transactions should not be tied to asset, liability, or equity accounts. This can be the reason why it didn't show up the income.
Let's go ahead and check the transaction. Here's how:
1. Go to Projects.
2. Select the project name, then open the transaction.
3. Take note of the item/service.
Then, let's check the product/service's setup. If it should be under income, you can change the account it's linked to. I'll guide you how:
1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Go to Products and Services.
3. Select the item/service, then click Edit.
4. Click the Income account drop-down arrow, then select the appropriate account.
5. Click Save and close.
If these are services or non-inventory items, when you change the income account, ensure to tick the Also update this account in the historical transactions box. While if these are inventory items, it will automatically transfer the amount to the right account.
Although, if it didn't transfer the historical transactions or amounts automatically, you can edit the invoice. Delete the item, then re-add it again. This way, our system will recognize the new income account the item is linked to.
Once done, check the Projects page again, then verify if the income shows up.
I'll add some articles about Projects that can help you:

Hi, all settings seems correct. It works correctly when I allocate an income to ONE projects from the imported info from the bank statement.
As soon as I choose the option to split he income to more than one project, that is when nothing appear on the projects as income. Attached pic as described.
I appreciate you for checking all the settings, @ashley-mandukasf.
Allow me to provide additional information and help show the split income to the selected projects.
First off, you'll want to ensure that the appropriate project is selected when you split the income. It's possible that you only choose the customer name instead of the project's name. To verify, you'll have to undo the categorized transaction, then split the income again and make sure you select the correct project name.
However, if the project was selected correctly and still isn't showing the income, it's possible that the browser you're using had a data issue. Let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser. This way, we can check if it's a browser data issue. To open a private browser, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:
If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
Just in case you want to learn more about the project feature in QBO, you can read through this article for detailed information: Projects FAQ.
I'm still open to your replies if you have additional concerns about managing projects. Have a great day ahead!
