I saw you posted the same concern days ago. Persistent issues can be challenging. I would feel the same way if I had to try some steps without results.
It's possible that your financial institution ran an update in their system. You can call them to see if there are updates or scheduled maintenance releases. These can prevent the transactions from being downloaded to QuickBooks Online.
In the meantime, you can still use the WebConnect feature as what my colleague recommended. This will help you manually download the transactions.
Here's how:
- Download the transactions from your financial's institutions website.
- Open QuickBooks Online, then go to Banking.
- On the Banking page, click the Update drop-down arrow, then choose File upload.
- Select the file, click Browse, then click Next.
- Choose the bank account, then click Next.
- Click Let's go!.

Online Customer Care to have this further checked. They have more tools that can investigate your issue further.
