Not happy! Struggle to get Elize Horn 1 and Elize Horn 2 cancelled and refund

Hi there, @elize-horn. I'd like to share some insights about your concern, along with the steps to cancel your subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO).


QuickBooks offers refund to its customer if they've purchased an annual subscription. The refund request should be with 60 days after the customer had purchased the product.

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.
  5. Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.


I'd also recommend reaching out to our support team. This way, they can help you process your refund request. To contact, these are the steps:


  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:


  • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:


  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Afternoon I understand for QBO monthly you don't get refund if you cancel. However mine is different, I paid the 6th of May for 2 Licenses for QBO, didn't know that if you are situated in SA you can't work on QBO US.  So then I cancel the two SA's.  And reapplied the 13th of May without using the SA two books, for 2 US books. And this was paid the 16th.  So know I paid the 6th for 2 licenses R182.82 x 2.  And then on the 16th again for 2 licenses which I need R228.74 x 2.    So then I will say the first 2 need to be refunded and from your side make sure I don't get charges for this 2 incorrect ones again on the 6th of June.

Please I really need your assistance with this...
