Let me share with you some insights about the QuickBooks Online(QBO) backup system.

 

Online backup and Restore are available for the QBO Advanced plan. If you are going to make changes to your account, the system backs it up after five to ten minutes.

The backup restore feature is only available on QBO Advanced. You may consider using a 3rd party backup restore app to integrate with your QBO account.
