Today is the 17th of Dec 19. Have bought my QuickBooks online subscription on the 29th of November and the migration process has not been completed yet. There are differences on my Trail Balance between my Desktop version and the online company. The Data service team are not responding to my queries via email of the live chat. They keep promising that one of the agents will phone me back but that does not happen.
I am thinking of cancelling my subscriptions as this was not my expected timeline, as the promise was 3 days.

When migrating from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Reports may be different and don't match as there are limitations on how your books convert from QBDT to QBO.

I have already read the article that you send to me and I have also tried the alternative contact routes that you mentioned.
It was out of frustration due to the lack of feedback that I used this option to contact.
