Hello there @hanetbez.
There are times that your browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources, causing QuickBooks Online (QBO) to act strangely.
In the meantime, let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via an incognito/private browser to check if it's a cache issue or not.
To use a private browser, here’s how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works, we’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to optimize the browser’s performance and your QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience.
Also, if you get the same result while using an incognito/private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
For additional help, feel free to reach out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They have the tools to check what's causing this and can initiate a screen sharing session to get to the resolution quickly.
Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance. I'm always right here to help.
